Abstract Homes

My work with abstract led me to ​my most recent body of work - ​Abstract Homes. In this collection I ​strive to create a unique abstract ​environment, that an animal can ​rest and be safe in. The habitat is ​their unique home, and they feel ​incorporated into that space. ​Vibrant colors, expressive ​brushstrokes, and layered depth ​are the signatures of these pieces.

My previous work was all about ​femininity and the female form. I ​am fascinated by the beauty ​women bring to the world. This ​piece allowed. me to combine my ​previous subject matter with my ​current aesthetic.
